The Snapshot is free. The Diagnostic and Implementation are scoped and priced to the engagement — you'll always know the number before you commit to it. Where we help you capture value, part of our fee is aligned to the measured result: we back what we find.
What we won't do is promise you a figure in an advert or guarantee an outcome we don't control. We measure against what good looks like, show you the gap, and put our own fee partly on the line to close it. That's the deal.
