What we are
Most owner-led manufacturers are quietly leaking money through firefighting and inconsistency — they sense it but can't put a figure on it. We're their operating board: outside eyes to see where it's going, the instruments to measure it against what good looks like, and a team that gets on the floor to help close the gap.

Who you'll be working with
Dash Two is a team and a method — not a single person. You deal with David; delivery is led by Elizabeth; and we convene a bench of specialists as each engagement needs them.
Behind the two of us sits a named bench of specialists — finance, legal, ERP and trade-specific experts — brought into an engagement when the work calls for it. That's the "operating board": a full team you can convene, without carrying the headcount.
